Lionsgate+ - Outlander - Immersive Marketing

We Make Stuff Happen & BBH Global - Branded Experiential Marketing
We’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with BBH & We Make Stuff Happen to bring to life a number of wonderful Experiential Marketing events. Finding the right people to be on the ground is vital, and Experiential Marketing presents unique challenges in finding personnel. As the front-line between audiences and the brand, they need to deliver the right feel for each individual client, as well as deliver some unusual requests!

Secret Cinema - Wishmas
Our first project for Secret Cinema, following its acquisition by TodayTix, was their festive carousel-style immersive event ‘Wishmas’. The Left Handers was asked to provide a team of Registration, Cloakroom, Back of House, Front of House, Supervisor and Sampling staff. In addition we provide Access Hosts to ensure a great experience for guests with disabilities or additional needs, and cover for their in-house Audience Experience Manager when required.

Dopamine Land
Our pilot event with Fever. Providing a regular team of Event Assistants, Supervisors, Back of House, Box Office and Bar Staff for a multi-sensory experience in South Kensington for 20 months, totalling just under 40,000 staff hours.
